Lo interdisciplinario en la gestión del delito adolescente en la justicia argentina
Abstract
Currently, the incorporation of interdisciplinary approaches in judicial processes involving young individuals accused of crimes is part of a human rights agenda. Far from being a novelty, the involvement of social disciplines has been a persistent characteristic in juvenile justice. This article problematizes the role assigned to interdisciplinarity in the management of adolescent offenses in Argentina. In particular, we are interested in analyzing the local meanings it acquires and the ways it is implemented within bureaucracies characterized by specific institutional architectures. We aim to identify the purposes for which it is used, the functions assigned to it, how its reports are taken into account or not, and what effects it has.
