Aspectos prácticos y retos de la especialización en el sistema integral de justicia penal para adolescentes en México
Abstract
In Mexico, specific legislation mandates that all individuals involved in this system must have specialization in juvenile criminal justice. However, in practice, there are various ambiguities in this regard, as it has been confined to legal knowledge on the subject. Drawing from diverse sources such as specialized legislation, the analysis of academic programs in the field, and fieldwork in specialized state courts in Oaxaca and Chiapas, the article proposes an analysis of tensions within the legal field and the contributions that social sciences can offer to the specialize training in this matter
