Conflicto y cooperación del personal de enfermería en un hospital público de Buenos Aires
Abstract
This article aims to investigate the relationships of cooperation and conflict that arise around the performance of service maintenance tasks in two of the shifts of the neonatal therapy nursing team of a public hospital in Buenos Aires. For this article I used a qualitative study, in which semi-structured interviews were carried out with nurses on both shifts in 2021. The article is divided into the following sections: introduction; cooperation from the psychodynamics of work; conflict: negotiation of effort and control boundary; methodological approach; the will as a motive: the tasks of maintaining the service; take refuge in what is prescribed; the construction of a work collective, and final reflections.
