Abstract
Many rural stores hold signs like these: "Do not trust trusting because I consider that I lost a friend and an enemy gaining at the expense of my money"; "Not that trust has gone out to break his mother Dabia one that you"; "Today I do not trust, tomorrow yes"; but most are "trusting", as street vendors, fertilizer dealers and furniture stores, clothing and utensils. The deferred payment mechanism or "believed" is only one of the devices of debt and credit that support family economies vulnerable. It also added loans savings, banking, and lenders or usurers; batches, cundinas or raffles, and "support" governmental organizations aimed at lower income groups, among others.
